How do I get access to the recording
Once your payment is received, you will be taken straight to the webinar page where you can watch the webinar and download the presentations. BOOKMARK THAT PAGE NOW!
Can I buy a place for more than one person to see the webinar?
Yes you can, but each person has to register and pay individually. (You can do that on their behalf). We do not have the facility to accept a single payment for multiple places.
Will there be a chance to ask questions?
If you attend the live session, there is a Q&A panel at the end of the webinar. There will be some great questions. If you are watching the replay on demand, rather than the live webinar, it's probable that your question has already been answered there. If there is a burning question in your heart, please feel free to drop me an email at sarah-jane@differentjoy.com.
Can I pause or fast forward the recording?
Yes, you can! Provided you are looking at the replay, you can use the viewer controls to see as much or as little as you need in one go and skip forward to the next session. This will be uploaded as soon as possible after the live event.
