“My wife has significantly fewer melt downs and shut downs!!! The times of overwhelm are generally far less extreme and happen far less often. Fantastic for her as these were so utterly exhausting and demoralising”.

Done some training with Sarah-Jane, but need something more? It's time to experience...

Individual 1:1 Coaching

Sarah-Jane is a fantastic coach! She always listened carefully and gave me clear responses, which led to various ways of helping me find the tools to navigate my autism in a neurotypical world.

Sarah-Jane taught in a very friendly and professional manner. She gave practical suggestions that we can use at home.

I'm looking forward to attending some more courses, to educate myself so that I can support my son.

I was fortunate to be able to engage in a group coaching course that was facilitated by Sarah Jane Critchley. The content of the course was very useful and extremely relevant to many aspects of my son's life. My son is 6 years old, he has an amazing sense of humour, he loves to play, sing and learn and he is Autistic. Many of the skills and strategies that I learnt on the course have enabled me to make positive changes that helped my son, at home and in the community, with his education, socialisation skills, health, well-being and welfare, including healthy eating, and in many other aspects of his development.

Working alongside Sarah Jane and the other members of the group via group coaching enabled a wide range of experiences, views and perspectives to be considered and discussed on a range of subjects that were very relevant to families with Autistic children, young people and adults.

Sarah-Jane is a kind, caring and compassionate individual. She is a skilled communicator and facilitator who is able to contribute from her own and many others lived experiences to the subjects that she is immensely knowledgeable about, such as Autism, Dyslexia, ADHA and a range of other neurodiverse conditions. All of this makes her and her courses and books valuable sources of information, advice and guidance.
